My Ambition to Play Baseball Collegiately
My ambition is to play college baseball while pursuing a degree in an engineering/science-related field.
From being coached by my father in little league and enjoying watching MLB games with him in our living room on most Summer evenings since the time I was five, I have grown-up having a passion for the sport. I enjoy playing competitively and working extremely hard at it.
I have always taken my education seriously as well. My mother is a school teacher and my father earned a civil engineering degree and a law degree, and he also teaches as a college professor. The importance of academic success was instilled in me at an early age, and I work extremely hard at my studies.
My strengths as a player are: my coachability, my high level of baseball IQ, my desire to work at getting better, my ability to get along with my teammates and to be a team player, and my physicality.
I would absolutely love the opportunity to continue on into college with working hard at studying and playing competitive baseball.
