- Evaluated by Head Coach McWilliams of Ohio University. Performance evaluation: Hand-eye Coordination- Excellent hand-eye coordination. Shows an ability to read balls/strikes easily. Making solid contact at the plate + ability to track balls down/pick balls cleanly in the field. Stance- Great firm stance when in the box. Looks comfortable in their own unique swing. Mechanics are sound. Ball reading ability- Great job at reading the trajectory and speed of the ball as it is hit can get into position to make the play more effectively. Control-Great job at controlling the controllables. Keeping good form even if frustrated with the previous result. Swinging at good pitches. Passion - Brings energy to every session that was contagious. Great approach to the game! Coachability - Responds well to coaching. Asked good questions and seemed to enjoy the learning process.
