I am interested in business and entrepreneurship and have been successful at running my own private baseball training company for 3 years. I want to expand my horizons in college and delve into areas of study that may spark interests that are not yet known to me. My goal is to play NCAA baseball in college, and to build a family and brotherhood with my future teammates. I am a cerebral player that provides a coaches perspective from the field of play. I am a quiet leader who always looks to uplift my teammates, as I feel actions speak louder than words. I never hesitate to assist them in learning new techniques to improve their game, or to help them off the field in their studies and personal lives. I am a strong culture and character guy. I believe that attitude and effort are two things that we can fully control in life, and I will always strive to represent positivity and a sense of unwavering grit in all that I do.

- Jacob Lowery: SS/RHP, (2023) Gilmour Academy, OH. 6-foot, 165-pound. During batting practice, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 90 mph. (64.7 mph bat speed average). (20.1 mph hand speed average). Started in an athletic balanced stance with a quick load, then used a controlled small leg kick. Has a loose uphill swing plane, quick bat speed and good extension on his finish. Solid in the infield, displayed a velocity of 79 mph; has soft hands, a natural exchange, and consistent feet. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Had a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. Clocked a 60 time of 7.63 at the event. On the mound, showed quick arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a consistent arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses some effort. Produced a fastball that came in at 79-82 mph. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1939; Avg 1829). Shows slurvey action on his 11/5 curveball (68-70). (Max spin 2479; Avg 2438). His changeup (72-74) showed slight action. Threw a 10/4 slider (68-71) with late action. (Max spin 2184; Avg 2172).
