My name is Cole Robinson. I am a junior from Lewis Center, Ohio attending Olentangy High School. As a Sophomore, despite being DH for, I started in right field on a very competitive varsity team that won the conference championship and the district championship for D1 in Ohio. In the summer, I start in center field, hit either lead off or in the 2 hole for the Columbus Cobras. We are a very good team and typically only compete in showcase type tournaments throughout the summer and regularly make it to the semi-finals or championship games. This school season I split time between left field and center field and I'm currently batting second and our team is ranked in the top 10 in the state and is the 2nd ranked team in the Columbus area.
I have been playing baseball for as long as I can remember and I love the game. One of my favorite parts of baseball is the dugout and being a part of a team and then competing and playing as hard as possible for each other. For my personal goals, it has always been a dream to play at the next level and I'm confident I can contribute early in my career. I'm looking for a college that has a strong team atmosphere and is competitive. Overall, my goal is to find a college where I'm comfortable and can succeed both athletically and academically.
