December 2018Personal Statement
My name is Casey & I am a student first and an athlete second. I have had a love for baseball since I was very young and began playing catch with my dad in the backyard. This past year as a Sophomore I earned a starting pitching position with my Varsity high school team. I contributed to my team earning our first league championship in many years. I am passionate about baseball & would like to continue my education & play baseball at the same time. My parents and grandparents have instilled in me the value of being committed to a goal and working to achieve your dreams. Once I set my mind to do something I will follow through to reach my goals.
