Personal Statement

My name is Nathan Lykins, I am a class of 2028, left-handed pitcher from Shelby, Ohio. Following Tommy John surgery performed by Dr. Timothy Kremchek, I am currently progressing through a structured return-to-pitch program and am on track for a full return to the mound this fall. During my sophomore season, I DH’d for varsity at Shelby High School and posted a .328 average with a .453 on-base percentage and .847 OPS while earning Rookie of the Year honors and helping the team win a sectional championship. I am a dedicated two-way player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to long-term health and smart, data-driven development. Once I am fully cleared to pitch, I will update my videos this winter.
