Jonathan Baileys '21 Recruiting Profile

    Baseball is an enormous part of my life and it has showed off some characteristics of myself as a person as well as a player. Baseball has been a motivation for me throughout my life and my hard work and effort will make me a good asset for your team, along with my baseball abilities. Baseball has allowed me to develop as a person physically and mentally. I play high school and summer baseball at a competitive level. I attend Tippecanoe High School and I play summer ball for Frosty Brown's Troy Legends. I was on the varsity roster for the state tournament as a freshman and I played every game as a sophomore this past year. Some of my goals for college is to be the best baseball player and student I can be, as well as earning starting spot my freshman year. I have played 3 sports my whole life and have always maintained above a 3.0 GPA.  One thing that stands out about my character is that I am passionate about anything I do and I absolutely hate to lose. I thrive in the big games and I love the big moments and I always want to be the last person up to hit the walk-off. I am open to colleges of different sizes and and locations in different parts of the country. I am looking forward to finding the school that provides me with a solid education as well as fulfilling my dream of playing college baseball and living the student-athlete college experience.
