Personal Statement

I am excited as I am working toward the next stage of my life.

I have always known this part of the journey would include the major life events of earning a Bachelors degree in an area of study that will aide in acceptance into physical therapy school.  This goal includes being the best I can be, on and off of a field. I know what it feels like to fail, and that has not, and will not stop me.  I have always been  personally motivated and a team player who is very supportive of my fellow team members.

After my high school graduation in 2020, I entered into my Freshman year of college, at a Division II school majoring in Health Sciences, in addition to  being a member of the NWOSU Rangers baseball team.

I made a very important decision for my future  to transfer to a Junior College to continue my education and baseball for the fall of 2021 at Dodge City Community College.  I am coming back strong from an injury, so I have all 4 years of my eligibility left to play ball!

I am currently look for a 4 year school to continue my education to achieve my career goals where a coach will see my potential to be an asset on their team.

I think what sets me apart from others is my perseverance to attain my goals regardless of any and all adversity I have or will face in my life.   I am a very well rounded individual who has grown up around the military with the only family members in the close vicinity being my parents and sister.  I am a strong young man with determination and drive to not only meet but exceed my expectations and dreams, which typically are higher than others have set for me.  I am always growing and developing every day, either mentally or physically.
