I have played baseball since I was three years old and I am ready to continue my career by playing in college. I have played every position on the field throughout my years playing and consider myself a student of the game. This season I am a District starting pitcher for my varsity team and start every Monday on the mound. I also play third and second when I am not pitching.
My coaches know that they can count on me to play anywhere on the field and that I will excel wherever they need me because of my dedication and hard work. During the off-season, I continue my training with a personal trainer and hitting lessons.
This past off season I had to overcome a significant injury that occurred while playing in a showcase. The injury required me to have surgery and have 3 plates put into my face. During my time off recovering, I dedicated myself to working hard and getting back to full strength before the school season began.
I am a good student who challenges myself by taking Pre-AP classes and engineering courses through Moore-Norman Vo Tech. My courses require me to manage my time and strengthen my study skills. I am interested in pursuing an engineering or technology science degree.
