I have played elite level sports since I was just 7 years old. My Baseball career started when I was 8 years old, I played on the AAA (Highest level of Baseball at that age) Burlington Bulls team representing the city of Burlington.
What separated me from other athlete's at a young age was my unmeasurable tangibles, the most prevalent ones being effort, and intelligence. I have always been that kid to go into the corner to battle for the puck and not come out until its in my possession, I never have an issue selling out to prevent a ball from getting to the outfield or diving in the outfield to take a base hit away. I have always enjoyed the strategy related to playing different sports, especially Baseball. When others see Baseball as a slow game, I have so many thoughts going through by head on every pitch. When should I take that extra bag, don't miss that cut so we can prevent that runner from taking an extra bag, fundamental's have always been a corner stone to not only my success but any team I have played for.
I love battling both offensively and defensively. A high percentage of my at bats would be considered Quality At Bats, and I cant recall the last time I left a diamond with a clean uniform.
I am now entering my third year of dedicating 100% of my athletic time to Baseball. I do believe playing multiple sports at the highest level for much of my life was foundational in building who I am on the Diamond today. Both Baseball and Hockey I played at the highest level, and I continue to do so with Baseball. I am currently playing for the Team Ontario Astros who are a member of the CPBL (Canadian Premiere Baseball League). I have been playing in the CPBL since I was 13 (the youngest age group in the CPBL). The CPBL is widely considered the top league in Canada and has produced many MLB players. I have had tremendous success in this league playing against and with many of the top players in the Country and continue to do so.
I would love the opportunity to find a spot with a school to challenge me both in the classroom and on the Diamond. If you're a coach who loves an athlete who continuously gives it 100%, has the willingness to do whatever it takes to help his team succeed, and has a history of producing especially in those important moments like tournaments, playoffs or pressure filled moments, I'm your guy!
If you're interested in talking Baseball please feel free to reach out!
