Adrian Harrison '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Adrian Harrison.  My primary position is shortstop.  Some things that set me apart from other recruits are my academics and ability to perform consistently at a very high level.  I have a 4.0 GPA, and my dedication to sustain high marks combined with my drive to be the best student/athlete I can be allows me to stand out above the rest.  I am a disciplined, hard working ball player who not only can make plays with strength and agility,  but I make my teammates better by encouraging and motivating them to be the best they can be.  As a known leader on and off the field, I always do everything in my power to bring the best out of my teammates and expect the whole team to bring enthusiasm, and willingness to work no matter the circumstance. 

I am a very passionate and determined person who is eager to learn new things both academically and athletically.  I understand that you have to put 100% effort into everything you do, and nothing ever comes easy unless you work hard at it everyday.  I believe that my commitment to training during the 'unseen hours' puts me in a category above most other athletes.

I am looking for a university that will challenge me both academically and athletically, and one that will surround me with great students, coaches and teachers.  I would really like a university that I can call home while away from home. I am ready to work, ready to grind, and ready to win.
