Seth Brown '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello - My name is Seth Brown and I am currently a Junior at South Huron District High School in Exeter Ontario Canada. I was born on June 2nd, 2005 in Stratford, Ontario. I am 5'-11' and weigh 156lbs.

 I am the starting shortstop for my varsity high school team. I also play varsity badminton and basketball.  In addition to my sport activities, I work  a part-time job at McDonalds. 

My love of baseball began at the age of 4, playing t-ball for my local small town league, where I continued to play all the way through until I was 13 years old. My desire to play more competitive baseball led me to the www.greatlakecanadians.com, a club team in the CPBL where I am a starting shortstop/second basemen. I have had the opportunity to learn from many great coaches and I know without them I wouldn't be the player that I am today.

 I have a very strong work ethic in both baseball as well as my academics. I currently hold a 3.7 GPA and working towards writing my SAT/ACT. My post secondary goals are to play baseball at the collegiate level and pursue my education in business / sports management. In conclusion, I would like to assure  any college coaches interested in me that I am a hard worker and very coachable. It is my mission to a  better student and baseball player everyday.
