It is my goal to attend a college where I can pursue a degree in Law/Sports Management while playing the sport that I love year-round at a competitive level.
Your team will be further strengthened due to my strong leadership skills, quiet demeanor and my ability to perform under pressure. In the summer of 2017 my former team (Kingston Colts U-14) represented Ontario at the National Little League Championships in Langley, British Columbia. There, I tied for 2nd on the pitching leader board where I had 10 strikeouts in 5.1 Innings pitched, proof that I can perform well under pressure. In advancing to the Nationals, my team won the Ontario Championships where I was named MVP, batting 5 for 8 in the series and was the winning pitcher of the championship game.
In the summer of 2018 I was the leading pitcher and a top batter for the Kingston Colts U-15 club playing in the Fergie Jenkins College Showcase League. That same year my family and I moved to London, Ontario where I signed with the Ontario Nationals of the Canadian Premier Baseball League. I have played 15U and am currently playing 16U with the club. In spring of 2019, I started going to a facility in London called "The Lab" which I attend 5 days a week.
I am level-minded, and I always strive to do what is right, both on and off the field. In grade 8 I won the Christian Example Award at my elementary school graduation which I believe demonstrates how I live my life both in my academics, my athletics and my everyday life.
I have played all-star hockey, golf, football and baseball. My coaches have always told my parents and I that I am extremely coachable player. If you give me feedback, I instantly try to apply it to make myself better which will ultimately benefit your team. I am committed and I have a strong work ethic. During intense periods of play, I am focused and strive to do my best through the pressure. When I set my mind on a goal, I am extremely driven and focused to meet and exceed it.
In addition to working on my pitching, hitting and overall strength and conditioning this year, an important goal for me is to further improve my academics. In grade 9, 10 and 11 I have maintained honor role status at high school.
