Perseverance, focus, passion, and God are the driving forces in my academic and athletic life. I always give 100% and take a lot of pride in what I do on and off the field. I consistently set goals for myself and my team and work very hard to achieve them. I consider myself to be a leader and encourager on and off the field. I don't let mistakes or poor outcomes affect my focus. I consider myself a great competitor and always give my all while exhibiting great sportsmanship. I will do whatever necessary to reach my fullest potential academically and athletically. 

Since a very young age, sports have been an integral part of my life. I have always enjoyed the game and am highly motivated by the competition found in sports. At my high school, I have been on the basketball, volleyball, cross-country, and baseball teams. Although I enjoy being involved in a variety of sports, baseball is my true passion. It's not only a game that I love and put all of my effort into, but it's also a game that I excel at playing.

I started playing baseball in 1st grade. I am a very versatile player and have played all positions over the past 10 years. For the past 7 years, I have focused on developing my skills as a pitcher and third baseman. I have been fortunate to play at the highest level of amateur baseball in Canada for the Ontario Blue Jays for the past 4 years. Getting to travel across the United States and Canada and compete against the best teams in these countries has been an incredible experience for me and allowed me to grow athletically and personally.

I take great pride in being a leader on and off the field. I am constantly working toward different goals that I set for myself and always expect success. With hard work, focus, passion, and faith, I will continue to work toward my goal of achieving excellence academically and athletically.
