With only being a freshman in high school the highlight of my varsity career is starting in the semifinals of districts and winning a district and state championship. My highlight is starting the first state game and when we are down 1-0 runners on first and second 2 outs hitting a line drive up the middle to tie it.Seeing how high school baseball works and the difference between playing kids your age on a high school sized field has helped me become a better leader, helped me mature on and off the field. This has also helped me know what I need to work on.It has helped me learn what a solid catcher, first baseman, third baseman, and outfielder needs to do to reach the college level.
I was fortunate of being apart of a great program with great coaches and teammates.I am looking for a college that will be good for me athletically and academically and will help me become better in both of those areas.I believe through the years I will have the commitment, personality, work ethic, and leadership to help you make an immediate impact on your program.
