2022 Highlights Personal Statement
I will be a 2023 graduate from Chartiers Valley High School and was the starting catch for the baseball team in 2021-2022 Spring season and Fall 2022 Season. I enjoy the catcher’s position because of the strategy and knowledge that it takes to be a successful player and leader on the team. Over the years I’ve worked hard to train and improve with the team and on my own. Seeing the results has motivated me to continue each day. In 2022, I was selected as the Big 56 Section 5A 2nd Team Catcher, had 16 hits, led the team in RBIs, and threw out 7 runners. I also had a successful summer travel ball season, 2nd in hits and 1st in RBIs with 0 strikeouts (69 ABs). I’m looking forward to the 2022-2023 season and what might come next.
