Daniel Stumpp '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Daniel Stumpp.  Baseball has always been my passion.  I hope to play baseball at the highest level in college while at the same time working towards a degree in engineering.

Academics have always been important to me.  I make it a priority to work as hard in the classroom as I do on the field.  I understand the value of a college education and intend to continue my commitment to academics in addition to striving to achieve my athletic goals.  

Throughout my high school and club baseball careers I have learned many things about showing character on and off the field.   As a catcher I understand the responsibility that I have to lead on the field as well as in the locker room.  I believe that these characteristics as well my physical talents will make me a valuable asset to any team on which I play.
