Coy Schwanger '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Coy Schwanger and I'm in the Class of 2023 at Ephrata High School Ephrata, PA.   My goal is  to make it to the next level of baseball. From Midget baseball,  the goal was to be the starting Ephrata High School Varsity baseball team catcher.   I accomplished that my Freshman year, however due to COVID-19 we were unable to compete. The 2021 Spring Baseball season was a year of learning the high school baseball plays, signals, teamwork and most important the dedication needed to be the best player I can be.

In order to pursue the next level of play, whether it will be College or MLB,  I continue to work hard every day learning more in the classroom, challenging myself in the  weight room and putting it "all out there" on the field. I understand that this entire process is a grind and it's not going to get handed to you, and I'm ready for the challenge.   

Our team moto is Work hard, Play hard, Dream big!  I do my best every day to focus on those 6 words and remember they are the foundation of my future in Baseball.
