My name is Jeremy (JJ) Jordan; I play Outfield and am a RHP at Council Rock South in Holland, PA, graduating in 2027. Baseball is a major passion of mine as I practice every day with my High School team, club team, or in the backyard. I take part in 2-hour strength training sessions 3 days a week with a licensed trainer and work with a personal hitting and pitching instructor one to two times a week. I love baseball because of the competition and commit so much time to get better because the adrenaline I feel while on the field is an incomparable feeling to anything I’ve ever felt. Baseball pushes me to extend my limits, whether tweaking my swing each off-season, evolving fielding or pitching mechanics, or working on my leadership skills to be the best teammate I can be. The excitement and joy I feel in return is why I work so hard.
On the field, I work hard to be a leader on each team I play for, deliver consistent and power hitting, leverage my speed and strong arm in the outfield, and utilize my ability to contribute to my team in high-pressure situations like closing a championship game on the mound or being the starter for the first game of a National tournament. Off the field, I hold myself to high standards in the classroom, maintaining a 3.8 GPA while achieving distinguished honor roll with a full load of honors classes. I believe that my commitment to my education and drive to be the best player I can be make me a strong candidate for collegiate baseball.
I’m looking for a program that values hard work and teamwork, where I can contribute as both a student and an athlete.
