When I step onto the mound, I feel like I can do anything. It's probably the place I feel most confident, and I can't imagine not playing baseball. I have been playing since I was 6 years old ... and I don't want it to end with high school. I love to pitch, but I also love to be part of a team. That drives me. When I think of my goals for college, education and baseball are both important to me.
Over the past couple of years, I've really come to recognize the value of hard work, on and off the field. Time and effort have paid off for me, helping me to take my game and classroom performance to the next level. I am excited to continue to work and improve.
