Hello,
My name is Ben Schuler. I'm at junior at South Fayette High School in the greater Pittsburgh, PA area. I enjoy school and I love playing baseball. I take pride in working hard on and off the field. My current GPA is 4.20, and I'm proud to have made highest honor role every semester since starting high school. Although COVID has negatively impacted my team's practice and game time, I continue to work persistently on my baseball conditioning and practicing at the gym and at home. I'm eager to hit the field with my team. I have always worked hard to make the most of my experiences, with regard to both academics and athletics. I put my best foot forward, and always try my hardest to be the team player that every coach expects of me to be on the team. I believe it is essential to be understanding and willing to adjust and learn when criticized, and I have learned over the years that working hard pays off in the end. The positive mindset and eagerness to progress forward that I have gained from playing baseball will help me to succeed in my collegiate career, not only on the field, but also in the higher level courses that I will be required to take for my degree.
