I am currently a Senior at Blue Ridge High School. I found my passion for baseball after starting to play coach pitch at age 6. Like any kid I wanted to take after my father and follow in his footsteps being a pitcher. My father Joe pitched for Missouri Valley College. I am always trying to improve and become a better ball player by staying active in the summer with teener and travel ball leagues. During the fall I stay active with dual sports playing on the Varsity Golf and Varsity Soccer teams. I haven't let the negative situations stop me from pushing forward to pursue my dream to play baseball in college.
I am an average student as I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12, but I have overcome my obstacles and have learned ways to help myself with staying focused and on task. I have always done well in Math and Science which is why I am interested in becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
