I have realized in my time playing baseball that many things will not go your way. I have been challenged on and off the field mentally and physically. I have had to overcome things many people never will such as family tragedies and personal things. But I have realized no matter how hard things may get that I shall never quit and baseball has given me an escape from negative or bad things in my life. Baseball has shown me what it feels like to overcome adversity and it has shown me that I can overcome adversity. All I need is one chance and someone to believe in me.
