Eli Fontanez '24 Recruiting Profile

As a young Latino male, I'm very thankful for the opportunity I have been given and see myself being very happy at the end of wherever this step takes me. Baseball has played a big role in my life, as it has taught me to become more of a leader and guide my teammates to the right path on the field and off the field. I'm a player who constantly puts hours into becoming a better player, person, and captain, and I'm continuing to try and get better everyday.  I establish bonds with my teammates and coaches so we can trust each other in any situation, and constantly give tips to my teammates based off of my experiences.  I'm also very vocal and communicate well with the people around me. My goal is to attend a college that will put me in the right place academically and athletically.
