I have played baseball for as long as I can remember, and it has always been my absolute favorite thing to do. Ten year old me would always be looking forward to the weekend for tournaments where I would have the most fun. Since then, nothing has changed. Baseball has always been, and always will be a huge part of my life. I have aspired to be a collegiate student athlete from the minute I was introduced to what college was and now I am looking for the opportunity to do so.
Academics have always come naturally to me. I am one of those few kids that enjoys doing homework and studying for tests. I love learning and I have spent the majority of my life working to learn as much as I can. I have an acting GPA of 4.54 and scored a 1510 on the SAT. I want to be an engineer in college, specifically some form of chemical engineering as chemistry is by far my favorite subject. My dream is to spend college balancing baseball and academics perfectly.
In the few moments I have that are not spent playing baseball or studying I am volunteering at Longwood Gardens, where I have logged over a hundred hours over the past four years. From doing research in the Meadow garden to teaching tourists about the Waterlily display I have learned so much about responsibility, professionalism, time management, and more.
