Joshua Thompkins '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Joshua Thompkins I am roughly five foot eight and 170 pounds. I have been playing baseball since I was three years old and have played travel ball since I was eleven. I have been a captain on my baseball teams for the last three years. I try to always keep my head right no matter what the outcome is because other players look up to me. I have always dreamed about playing baseball in college. I really do not have a personal preference about where I go to school geographically. I am hoping to play DII baseball at a smaller school with an above average academic program but I am open to try new things. I was looking into majoring in a physical education teacher. My athletic goals are to come and work hard and try to make an impact on the team as soon as possible.
