Merik Junker '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Merik Junker. I am interested in playing college baseball and earning a bachelors degree in exercise science. My main goal in college is being able to have a healthy balance between school and baseball. I want to have a commitment to baseball, but not one that will overwhelm me with trying to get my school work done as well. What makes me a good candidate is that I am hard-working and dedicated at everything I do. I always strive to be the best version of myself, and I will always put forth my best effort. Some highlights about my high school career are that I have made all state orchestra twice, I have had a 4.0 GPA all throughout high school, and I batted .542 last season for my legion team. I am willing to be coached and to learn new things, and my top priority is always the team winning. Thank you for taking the time to read my statement.
