Jake Perry '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jake Perry and I am a right-handed pitcher with good control, movement, and velocity.  I am very dedicated to baseball and would love to play at the collegiate level. I am currently a rising senior at Boyd Buchanan High School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I think that I would fit in at any college because I am personable, I enjoy learning, and I love to work on improving my skills to be the best student and athlete that I can be. I think that I stand out to colleges and recruiters as a rising high school senior because I just turned 17 years old, but I am 6'3" and throwing 87mph+ with more room to grow.  I've played up in age over the past two years as a PO in Travel Ball so that I could work on honing my pitching skills.  Last year I played 16U versus 15U, and this year I am playing 18U versus 16U.  I have had 22 strikeouts in my last 15 2/3 innings pitched this summer playing against some excellent competition in Net Elite 18U tournaments.
