Ben Propes '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Ben Propes and I am from Hixson, Tennessee.  I currently attend high school at the McCallie School in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I am 6'3" 170lbs and I play travel ball with Crownover Baseball Academy and school ball for McCallie. 

I am a left handed pitcher and support my team on the mound. I really focus on my accuracy when I am pitching and I keep batters off balance by varying between my fastball, curveball, and slider. I show my leadership on and off the field by maintaining my focus of improving and working hard. Although I may not be the loudest person on the team, I set an example through my actions on the field, in the classroom, and also in the weight room. I want to continue playing baseball at a college program that encourages hard work and has strong camaraderie among the team.
