Ever since I was 4 years old my dreams have been to go to college playing baseball and then one day play in the MLB. I started T-ball when I was four and I have played baseball ever since, year round. I am a determined young man who has persisted in my athletic career and my academic career in spite of losing my twin sister at 4 and then my father when I was 9. I am different from other recruits because I have already met some of life's biggest heart breaks and have learned to persevere at a young age. I will do anything morally possible to pursue my dreams. Not only do I have a natural athletic ability, but what I lack in nature I make up for in willingness to learn, push forward, and practice my heart out. I have been on honor roll since I began school and ended my middle school career with straight A's. I am in the top 10% of my class and this did not come easy. I have siblings that can make straight A's without even looking, and I have to work very hard to maintain my grades. I am passionate about all sports. If I do not make it to the MLB I still want a career in sports, particularly sports medicine. I am hoping to be recruited with a full scholarship offer to school. I will play my heart out and graduate college with honors, and once I'm done, even if it isn't the MLB, I will make my mark in sports one way or the other; this I am committed to.
