I began playing baseball at the young age of 5 years old and I've always had a love for the game. Due to my lifestyle of being a military child and moving around a lot, I have had to prove myself to more coaches than the average player. At my current high school I was able to make the varsity team in only my second season attending the school. This sport has taught me to take advantage of every opportunity that comes my way and show that I have what it takes to compete. My performance on the field is very important and only second too my performance in the classroom. This is why I would like to attend an academically prestigious and competitive baseball college.
