The best moments of my life, have been on the baseball field. I've learned essential principles of life through baseball, that apply to my daily life; to be a better student, brother, and son. I've learned the value of hard work and sacrifice, when to just dig deep and gut things out, because I know I will be better for it in the end. I owe the person I am today to baseball. I grew up on the East Coast (Maryland) and have learned that I am not afraid to go outside my comfort zone to achieve a goal. I left everything I knew behind. I had to restart from square one. I moved across the country and figured out who I truly was and what I was made of.
What sets me apart from every other baseball prospect; Athletically, my fastball runs so much that my teammates hate hitting against me and even catching me. Academically, I have been in the Honors program since I can remember, and have been able to maintain a very high GPA. I want to continue my education with a Bachelor’s degree in a field that I love. I want to play baseball as long as I can, at a successful program where I can help contribute to a championship.
