      When I enter the field I strive to play for those who came before me.  I remember I must respect and honor the game of baseball through how I play and most importantly the name on the front of my jersey. I want to be a role model that can embody what baseball truly is through how I play.

    Some of the characteristics I strive for are; persistence, dedication, and determination. I am a very driven person. When given a task or personal goal I am relentless until I have achieved it. I strive to uplift my teammates as we work together as a whole towards our goals. Every time I put my uniform on I have one thought in my head,  and that is to remember to only worry about things I can control and not loose focus on things I myself cannot change.
