As a 2024 graduate of Appomattox County High School in Appomattox, Virginia; it is my post-high school goal to attend a four year college to study either engineering or sports management while also joining a baseball team that will help me grow and prosper on and off the field. Baseball has been my passion since I was four years old. My passion for the game bleeds into every aspect of my life. I spend hours a week conditioning and working on my baseball skills. As the starting short stop on my high school team my freshman year, I was able to benefit my team on and off the field with my fielding abilities and with my determination to encourage and lead my team. I am player with exceptional sportsmanship and great manners and I am willing to learn and grow each and every day. While I may not be the tallest or the strongest, I have the distinct drive and ability to grow more than the average player. Academically, I remain true to my first responsibility to excel as a student in order to grow mentally as I do physically on the field. I have the heart and drive to be an asset to any collegiate team both on and off the field as a good student, a good motivator for teammates, a positive influence to all, and teachable with an amazing work ethic.
