Baseball was first introduced to me at age 5 in my back yard and at t-ball practice. Through the next four seasons I realized I had become interested in the sport. This sport has taught me the importance of hard work, dedication and not to give up on my goals. It also has taught me to be humble and a good teammate . I have good communication and leadership skills that help bring confidence and support to the club. These qualities help me to be a successful student athlete.
I was chosen to be team captain for my junior varsity team for the 2017 season. I also helped my travel team ( swamp Things ) win two tournaments, one of which was a 18U , playing an outstanding 3rd base. As a freshmen I was picked 3rd overall for state conference for 2nd base.
My goal for high school is to achieve a 3.5 gpa or higher, to prepare myself for a college education. My goal is to find a college that will offer me a good academic program to prepare me for the future. I have put in the time and effort to become a better student athlete. I believe with my skills and accomplishments I can compete at the college level and would like to have the opportunity to fit in the right program.
Thanks
