Eli Weisner - Hit...Personal Statement
Success is in the work. Through practice, work ethic, determination, competitiveness and TEAM first attitude, wins will occur, while enabling personal growth and development. As a student athlete, I strive to excel both in the classroom and in my sport. I currently have a 3.8/4.0 un-weighted GPA, taking Honors and AP courses. I have been training and playing showcase baseball out of RBA West in Richmond, VA (Evoshield Seminoles) over 5 years, including attending Perfect Game tournaments (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018). I began weight and conditioning training in the fall of 2016, under Bob Blanton at Total Training, Inc. to become the best conditioned athlete possible to improve my performance on the field. I am a rising Senior and a three year starter on the Deep Run High School 5A Varsity baseball team in Glen Allen, VA, and I would like to play baseball at the collegiate level at the school that best aligns with my scholastic and athletic goals.

- Combine Day 1 Recorded 93mph off tee exit velocity. Day 2: Game time 11AM. Great talking with UoR, VCU, W&M, Bucknel and a few others. All quality schools with great programs. Wind always seems to be blowing in at UoR, so you just square it up and hit it in the gaps.
