Jerry Mitchell III '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a serious and determined about athletics and academics.. I give 110% focus and attention to everything I do. I have shared many successes since beginning my baseball career at the age of 5. My love of the game has grown. I have played travel ball since age 9 and JV baseball in 6^th grade and Varsity in 9^th grade and have proven to myself and others that I have what it takes to be a great player, team-mate and leader. As a freshman, I lettered in 2 varsity sports; Cross Country and Baseball. I also played JV basketball, where I led the team in scoring. I have been fortunate enough to play in several championships over the years in basketball and baseball. I was voted Rookie of the Year my freshman year  (2019) on the varsity baseball team. I also was recognized as 2^nd Team All-Conference.  2020  was COVID year and we did not have a season. My Junior year (2021) , I was named to 1st Team All State, 1st Team All Conference and I was also named Team MVP. In 2022, (Re-Classed Junior),  I was named to 1st Team All Conference, 1st Team All Conference and Team MVP. I am looking forward to my Senior year this year. I have the passion, dedication and skill-set to play at the next level, if given the opportunity. Let me show you!
