The Washington Post (click here) wrote about my high school team after our sixth consecutive win and described me as "likely to be snapped up soon."
I want to use my years of hard work and love of baseball to help me be accepted into a college or university that offers a degree program fitting my professional goals. I am currently interested in studying kinesiology, physical therapy or pharmacology, but I am open to other areas of study with a strong math and science foundation. I have been placed on the Principal's Honor Roll (straight A's) every grading period this year.
My showcase organization, the DeMarini Stars, published a writeup about my base running after I stole my 14th consecutive base and was never caught: "... Trey Bridis, Hylton HS, looks like he is excelling in this area beyond expectations. He is a decent sized player with strength and raw speed and he is a year younger than most in his grade. ...Trey had a no-fear aggressive style. Where some players that had the green light had to be pushed to go, Trey on the other hand was gone within a pitch or two. You have to love the attitude, and the fact that he has already stole 14 bases this high school season and has 0 caught stealing. Congrats on your success, Trey, and keep up the hard work and the smart base running!"

I expect to be traveling throughout the Northeast, Midwest and southern United States for regional and national tournaments during spring and summer 2013.
Here are some additional, verified metrics:
* Home-to-first (RHH): 3.8 seconds
* First-to-second: 3.48 seconds
* 40-yard: 5.0 seconds
Here is Perfect Game's recent evaluation of me (Feb 2013): "Bridis has a lean frame with room to fill out, hits from a square stance, toe tap trigger, line drive swing plane, pull approach, shows good bat speed, ball jumps when centered, makes good contact, defensively, quick arm action, arm works well, online throws, gets ball out front, outstanding student."
Here is my varsity coach's Feb 2013 evaluation: "Trey is the most improved player in my program. Academically, he consistently earns the best grades of any player on my roster. He has dedicated himself to his game and has progressed immensely over the past 12 months. The ball jumps off his bat, and his dedication to the weight room has great impacted his physicality. I anticipate Trey having a very successful high school career."
