As a collegiate athlete, I want to play for a solid program and play at a high level. While playing baseball at the college level is my goal, I will be working toward an undergraduate degree in dietetics. I would like to focus on sports nutrition and teach athletes how to eat properly to fuel their performance. You've heard every kid say that they're a hard worker, however, I don't think everyone wants to be a collegiate baseball player as badly as I do. I've handled adversity throughout my life and my baseball career, and I've successfully overcome those obstacles. I am recognized as a leader both on and off the field and have held formal leadership positions in Boy Scouts and high school groups. Coaches have complimented me on my knowledge of the game as being more advanced than that of my peers.

- 12/27/2021 - Baseball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City - Session 2 Nathan is a 3B in the class of 2023. Nathan has the size and frame (6'2/195) to play at the hot corner. In the field, he has a quiet body and tracks the baseball into his pocket well. He plays the ball and his hands are soft. His arm (80 velo) plays to that part of the diamond and can throw from different arm angles. Increasing his flexibility and playing lower to the ground will help with his explosiveness and more use of his lower half on his throws. At the plate, he begins with a squared set up. His stride is short and simple. He generates hard contact (82 exit velo) and has power to the pull side. Keeping his back knee inside his back foot will create more pushing through the ground feel for increased power. Displayed the ability to get on base (7 times reaching safely) at Pirate City with some load outs. Nathan is close to putting it all together and becoming a force on the field.
