Layla Ridout '23 Recruiting Profile

I went into Gymnastics first when I was 3, Then I moved over to being on a competitive cheer squad for 12 years.  I have won the state championship for my high school cheer team. I won the  U.S. Finals twice for my out of school competitive cheer teams. I am a two time NCA all American Cheerleader. My competitive cheer team placed 13/25 For the D2 summit competition recently. I'm a really  good matt talker and I try to motivate people. I talk to people about their issues with the team. Most of the times I am the  peace maker for the team. When I'm in the gym people ask me for advice and help all the time when im around. While practicing I amp people up and try to get them to laugh, dance an sing when they feel like their tired. I bring strength, character, enthusiasm.
