Hi, my name is Elizabeth Trinkle and I will be graduating from Sierra Pacific High School in 2024. I have been a Varsity cheerleader since my freshman year, dancer since my sophomore year, and was made Varsity cheer captain for my upcoming senior year. I have a strong background in gymnastics and competed competitively for 3 years. I am a well-rounded athlete with experience of 2 stunt positions, as well as having advanced tumbling. I have been a flyer since my freshman year and have back spotted since my sophomore and junior year. My strongest areas of cheer are tumbling and flying, and have been my favorite part of cheerleading. I love performing and dancing in front of crowds, especially to keep everyone spirited and having a good time. I believe I can be a good asset to any collegiate team because I am strong leader, dedicated, and hardworking. During my sophomore year I was involved in an accident that changed my life. I have overcame tremendous trauma because of this accident. My pelvic bone was broken in 6 different places and I was unable to walk for a few months, but I did not let that stop me. I worked every day and pushed myself to never give up, and get stronger. I persevered and have become stronger and more dedicated to prove that even though sometimes challenges are presented to you in life, with hard work, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
I love meeting new people, being up for trying new things, and am very outgoing. I have always planned on being a competitive collegiate athlete, and having the opportunity to go to college since my childhood. With academics, I`ve maintained good grades throughout high school. I have always been academically and athletically driven to improve and always do better. My high school cheer team has and will always be a place to push myself over my limits, and to help me always try to get stronger, mentally and physically. My plan is to major in marketing or film/media. I aim to attend a college team at the competitive level as well as excellent academics, and a fun environment.
