My entire life I have been an energetic individual. Before moving back to California in 2018, I lived in Georgia where my gymnastics career began. I competed in the sport successfully for 10 years, reaching USA level 7. Unfortunately, my career was temporarily halted by a groin injury sustained during competition. After recovering, I decided to direct my energy toward cheerleading. Once I entered high school I tried out for the Venice High School cheerleading team and am now entering my fourth year as a Varsity cheerleader. What makes me stand out in terms of character, academics, and athletics is that I have the drive and tenacity to learn and master new things. I am continually seeking ways to grow and stretch my knowledge and skills which is why I believe continuing my athletic career in college is a significant next step. In college, I am looking forward to exploring the field of fashion and the business aspect thereof while still nurturing my athleticism and competitive nature. I would be a great candidate for your team because I learn from every encounter and apply what I’ve learned so I can be better for myself and for my team. I don’t like to fail so when I encounter challenges I invest everything into overcoming them using those opportunities as a means of growing myself as a person.
