Hi! I am Troy, a senior at Dawson county high school. I started cheer last year as part of the stunt team. We have never competed due to the small town we live in but we habe a pretty good stunt team. I have More than just this talent. I also sing and have been to All-State Twice and All-Northwest choir three times. These are highly selective choir groups from each state. Ever since I was young I thought cheer was for girls, but when I started it, I realized that this sport is just as hard as many other things. Stunting and dancing may look easy from the viewers perspective but we are constantly failing and repeating to try and perfect it. It has been so fun being on the cheer team and I would love to compete at higher levels! Thank you to all who read my personal statement
