Ava Brown '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I am a sophmore at Somerset Academy Sky Pointe. I began Allstar cheerleading just six years ago and have advanced my skills every year.  I have a background in dance starting at age three and then began cheer when I was ten.  I continue to dance on my high school dance team which I made varsity my freshman year.  I really enjoy being on a team and have made great friendships over the years.  I am outgoing, positive and hard working. I am currently a level six tumbler. My highest skill for standing is a two-to-full and running is a roundoff whip backhandspring full. I am a currently a main base and can also secondary/side. I am a 2023 D2 Summit Champion/J5 and a 2024 D2 Summit Champion/J6. I also competed at the 2024 Cheerleading Worlds with my S6 team.  I continue to develop my skills by dedicating over 20 hours a week at practice and condition daily. I am looking forward to attending upcoming clinics/combines now that I am going into my sophmore year.  My education is important to me and I work hard at balancing my education and my sport.
