Lauryn Lynch '23 Recruiting Profile

I come from a small village in Gnadenhutten with a big cheer program. I am a four year varsity letterman and cheer for football, basketball as well as compete on our tumbling competition team. I have been to state for the last four years and to nationals in Orlando, Florida one year. I am a team leader and love to lead a crowd. I have been honored with the schools Heisman award as well as named the  UCA All American cheerleader at our camp. I have been cheering since I was in elementary school. I chose to compete in a club setting when I was younger, as well as compete as a gymnast. Once I went into high school I had to choose a path and I stuck with my high school cheer team so that I could cheer my fellow classmates on during games. I was still on our school competition squad and we went to 6 competitions a year as well as regionals, state, and nationals. Covid took away part of my experience with another national competition, but we still were able to place in the state with a submitted video. I am a very punctual upbeat personality that loves to try new things, meet new people, and study hard. I am in the top 10% of my graduating class as well as having an honors diploma. I am proud to say I have kept up all my academic goals as well as show myself on the field, court, and mat!
