I am a very adaptable athlete, spending only a few years in the sport of cheerleading, and having a high level of tumbling and stunting expertise. Throughout my time on a team, I've become well-rounded when it comes to team-building skills both off and on the practice floor. Furthermore, an interest in nutrition and health that has held on longer than my athletic career, has pushed me to further my physical limits, dedicating countless hours to mobilizing/strengthening myself in the gym and stretching as per my daily regimen. I personally enjoy learning and creating goals for myself so that I may succeed as an essential part of any program I may be a part of.
