Madison Vogel '22 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Madison Vogel and I am 17 years old. I compete in high school gymnastics in San Angelo, Texas. During the 2020-2021 season, I was undefeated and the all-around state champion. I won floor and set state records for vault and all around. I have been doing gymnastics since I was 8 years old and have worked very hard to get to where I am at. My dream is to be a college gymnast and I am looking for a team that will push me to do my best whether that means competing in one event or all around. I am a very hard worker and always trying to better myself. I look forward to being on a team with girls who will inspire me and will push me to be a better gymnast and person. I strive on competition a look forward to being pushed to be better. I am focused on the team over myself. My goal is to become the best gymnast I can be by working hard and I think that competing at the college level will get me there. When it comes to academics and other events in my life, I have a GPA of 97.34%. I have taken college classes from my sophomore through my senior years. Along with gymnastics, I am a part of my schools’ competitive cheer team. This will be my second year for cheer. Personality wise I am an energetic ball of fire with a very caring disposition who can get along with anyone and yeah, that's me!!!
