I fell in love with cheerleading when I was 8 years old. Nothing enthralled me in quite the same way that cheer did. The combination of stunting, tumbling, yelling, and interactive choreography has always made me excited and has given me something to pour my heart and soul into. It's always been a goal of mine to take my cheerleading career to the collegiate level. I want to be on a high-caliber team that can empower each other through competitions and fostering school spirit. I've had years of experience in playing a key role on my team and leading the team to reach our goals. I'm extremely loyal and dedicated in all aspects of my life. I work hard personally and with my team to reach our competitive goals. I strive for quality work within my education and have managed a 4.0 GPA all throughout high school. Cheerleading has taught me how to work as a team and to know what I need to sacrifice for the team's benefit. It has allowed me to create some of my greatest friendships and has provided me with some of my greatest memories. This is why I want to continue to pursue this passion throughout college. I have practiced time management all throughout high school as I have an extremely busy schedule and I know I can take these skills with me to a collegiate cheer team. I know my personal traits of hard work, dedication, camaraderie, and time management would make me a great asset and addition to the right team.
