Lexi Johnson '24 Recruiting Profile

I have had a passion for tumbling as far back as I can remember. This passion ignited an interest in gymnastics at an early age and a desire to perfect my skills to be the best I could be. I would work long hours cultivating new skills and refining old ones. Gymnastics opened the door for me to try out and make my school’s cheer team in eighth grade. I loved it. My freshman year began a new venture as well, competitive cheer. I cheered on both my school’s sideline team and the competition team for my freshman and sophomore years. As a junior, I cheered on All Stars Competition Cheer team. My senior year will consist of sideline, my school’s competition team, and All Stars. As I look forward to beginning the next chapter of my life at college, I plan to major in Nursing. In addition, I hope to continue my cheer journey at the next level, pushing myself harder and further than I ever thought possible.
