Field Hockey is a journey, not a destination!!! The sport has been an important part of my life for as long as I can remember. I love being part of a close team, striving to accomplish something great and having to practice and work hard with my teammates. As a player, I consider myself scrappy. I'm all hustle and never give up on a play. I'm defensive minded first, but I love to be included on offense, especially corners. Corners are all about technique and practice with your team. I'm extremely interested in the sciences and I've been in an EMT program (Post-53) since 10th grade. I love coming to a emergency situation and having to solve the issue with smarts and practice. It's very similar to hockey. I'd love to continue to play in college because I think fitness and health is integral to success in academics.

- Aspiring to play field hockey at an upper echelon college or university is both exciting and challenging. We have designed this event to benefit the student athletes who desire to pursue this goal.
